How long does it take to process my order?
Each item is handmade with love! Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item ships. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. You can add any text, image, or design (high-resolution works best). Just select “Custom Order” on our site or message us directly.
What kind of cups do you use?
We use high-quality 15 oz ceramic mugs and 18 oz Libbey glass cans—perfect for both hot coffee and iced drinks.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Yes! Free local delivery is available in Elko and Carlin, NV 🚗

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each cup is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we’ll make it right.
